四導修員，用了四天，77 Manhours工作時，帶領了七学員：包括了四位教牧宣教士，一神学生，兩平信徒領袖，在12/12/12 12:00 正午完成了把握時机四版在布市的第一次華語課程！学員都重新領受了整全的大使命，將接觸萬民的托負，再擺放在生命中心的優先次序裏！在生活各層面作整合調整，邁步踏上成為胸懷普世基督徒的生命轉化旅途上！我們彼此立約，在明年2013年4月8日重聚，分享彼此生命轉化整合的恩典之旅！

Four facilitators, after 4 days, 77 man hours drilling time, leading 7 participants (1 paid but did not complete the course because of clash with her sudden mission work calling) including four ministers/missionary; one Bible College student; two lay leaders finished the first 4th Ed Mandarin Kairos at around 12 noon on the 12th of December, 2012. All participants were graceful to have received the renewed vision of a holistic Great Commission with reaching out to people of all nations be put back into the centre of our life ministry priority. As such they can have a compass to guide them to make all sorts of adjustments in all aspects of their life and ministry. They are now all joyously ready to embark on the journey of life integration and transformation to become a World Christian for Christ. We have committed to meet next year on 8/4/2013 for a reunion sharing the grace we may have experienced in the forth coming amazing race to reach out to the gospel Least Heard Group as called to serve by God.

Below is an email I replied to Ps Mark Loi and copied to all the participants. Praise and thanks Gods that seemingly, all have captured the vision of making disciples of ALL NATIONS. So the fire of spreading out the World Christian Movement has certainly been ignited and is about to spread throughout Queensland.

Dear Pastor Mark,
Thank you for the encouragement. Actually, both Anna and Rev Mach have the burden to host Kairos and are ready for receiving the facilitator training. It can happen after Solomon Island , if God does open door. Please pray and seek wisdom from God to approach the Solomon Island Church leadership group for hosting Kairos. It can be 2 Week end, i.e. Friday evening, Saturday whole day,for three sessions. i.e. Feb 8,9 and Feb 15,16. And One last Sunday morning as the ninth session. Feb 17.
NB for Ps Mark, Please bring worksheet 7 to me next week, I have omitted copying this)
By copy to Anna, Rev Mach and Ruth that I heard your sharing in the last Growth Point group from Mrs. Kwan and your own Integration as well as evaluation sheet that, all of you are willing to be trained and to host Kairos. Anna once worries that they can't run a 5 days intensive. But a 9 weekday evening class would be OK also a 2 week end intensive class as proposed to Ps Mark for Solomon Island is also feasible. Please start exploring the feasibility. Gloria and hopefully David will attend the Head facilitator training on 1,2 February with me as an observer (sitting in) then I shall be able to conduct FTC in Chinese to prepare you all for a Kairos basic class in March and or April. (i.e. I will be away to Changsha China from 14-31 May, 2013 & another trip to China from 1-11 November, 2013)If time is fit for Ps Gloria, and Elder David, they could all join to help and gain more experience before they are fully accredited as HF. Please pray for this strategic planning and gradual evolving into a new Kiaros course for the Sunshine Coast Chinese Church and for St Mark Lutheran members and other churches in Brisbane .
